Luxury Dog Boarding
At Berties Luxury Dog Boarding we aim to provide your dog with an alternative to your conventional-style boarding facilities that cater for large numbers of dogs and are generally rather stressful and lonely for what we all know are very sociable animals.

We only accommodate for a few dogs at one time. This means we can give each dog the care, attention and exercise they need while you are away.

Each dog has its own secure sleeping quarters in our converted unit (Berties Luxury Dog Boarding). It's secure, warm, and dry with CCTV so we can check on your dog at any time of the day to make sure they are comfortable and relaxed.

The dogs have secure sleeping quarters with an internal and external area.

We also have secured a large area (1/4 acre) so each dog can run, play, relax and have the space they desire multiple times each day. On top of this, we take each dog on a daily walk in the adjacent meadow and countryside.

Key Features
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
We are able to cater for a small number of dogs at one time, with a maximum of 5 kennels. Our boarding services are on a first-come, first-served basis so enquire in advance to avoid disappointment.
DO YOUR KENNELS HAVE RUNS?
We don't have runs but we can do one better. Instead our four legged guest's get to stretch their legs in our quarter acre paddock at least four times a day.
DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR WALKS?
Unlike most kennels, a daily walk is included with our boarding service at no extra charge.

ARE YOUR STAFF FIRST AID TRAINED?
Yes, all of our staff have Doggy first aid training.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED
Our boarding service takes place in the grounds off our family home on the boarders of Bradfield, where someone is always on site 24/7 to ensure that your four legged friends are safe and well looked after.
CAN I ARRANGE A GROOM DURING BOARDING?
Absolutely, if you would like to arrange a groom for your pooch during their stay then we are happy to help.
What a wonderful way to ensure your pet returns fresh and clean when you come to collect them.

BANK HOLIDAY CHARGES

On bank holidays we charge £45 per day for the first dog. £70 per day for two dogs and then £20 for each additional dog thereafter
DEPOSIT FEES
25%
We charge 25% of the total fee upfront for reservations (this is non-refundable & non-transferable). The remaining balance is due prior to drop off. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Bank transfers are accepted.
VACCINATIONS
All dogs must be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. All vaccinations must be completed at least 7 days prior to arrival and evidence provided. Please ensure your dog has received their flea, worm and tick treatment within the last 3 months.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Please ensure that you arrive on your requested drop off/pick up time. Ring the bell on the gate and wait on the drive. Please do not enter the garden or paddock for your own safety.

• No refunds for early collections
• Additional charges may be applied for late collections
• Failure to collect your dog may result in them being taken to a rehoming centre
INJURY & ILLNESS
In the event of injury or illness, your dog will be taken to our nearest vet if your emergency contact cannot be reached or in the event of an emergency.

SOCIALISATION & DOG WALKS
Please note: That only dogs from the same household can share the same kennel. If you are happy for us to socialise your dog with other dogs then as the owner you must inform us and accept liability for injury caused by any unlikely altercation with another dog.

Our dog walks are carried out in public, this means that we may encounter other dogs or pedestrians during this time. Please inform us if you are happy for your dog to be walked.

Additionally, if your dog has good recall and does not have a high prey drive we may take them for a walk off the lead. If you are happy for your dog to be walked off the lead we cannot accept liability for dogs who fail to recall.

Please also notify us if your dog is in season or due to be in season. We make every effort to ensure your dog is not socialised with in-tact males, we do not accept responsibility for accidental pregnancies.

We are unable to accept dogs with aggression problems due to the safety of other dogs in our care, our staff and people we may encounter on walks.

    We do not accommodate times outside of our selected timeframes.

    We may allow dogs to socialize with others in the paddock if all owners have authorized. Are happy for us to socialize your dog? Owner accepts liability for injury caused from an altercation with another dog
